FULL SERVICE DESIGN, PLANNING, & MANAGEMENT

INVESTMENT: $13,000 | 80% - 90% of Our Clients

This package ensures you have the least-stressful, most enjoyable planning experience possible. Let us take the weight off your shoulders. You only plan your wedding once, and you deserve it!

  • Specially select ALL vendors that are the perfect fit for your wedding.

  • Pre-screen ALL vendors to check availability on your wedding date.

  • Request customized proposals from ALL vendors.

  • Handle scheduling for your ALL vendor meetings.

  • Communicate directly with ALL vendors and serve as their contact.

  • Facilitate menu tasting to discuss details of your dining service.

  • Facilitate dessert tasting to discuss details and choose flavors.

DESIGN & MANAGEMENT

INVESTMENT: $9,000 | 10% - 20% of Our Clients

This package requires more time and energy from our clients, as you will be responsible for handling communication with all non-design-related vendors (with our help, of course)!

  • Specially select design-related vendors for you: Rentals, Lighting, Draping, Florals, Décor, Stationary, Signage, Formal Wear, etc.

  • Provide recommendations for non-design vendors (for you to contact): Photographer, Cinematographer, Caterer, Bar Service, Desserts, Hair & Makeup, Officiant, Entertainment, Transportation, Accommodations, etc.

  • Request customized proposals from design-related vendors.

  • Handle scheduling for your design-related vendor meetings.

  • Communicate directly with design vendors and serve as their contact.

  • Serve as the contact for non-design vendors 8 weeks prior to wedding.day.

Coordinators are fabulous, but some only come into the picture about 6 weeks before the wedding. When panic sets in and you can’t sleep at night because you have questions about the planning process, consider us your professional sounding board! We are available through your whole planning journey until it is time for your Coordinator to step in! Schedule as many or as few consulting sessions as you need, whenever you need them.
